Bringing generations of family pasta recipes to life. All the chefs are taught by our very strict Nonna to make the pastas to her liking, or fear wrath of the rolling pin. They are handmade daily following her strict traditional methods of pulling and stretching our pastas for that springy texture and delicious taste.
Our tried and tested noodles also include porcini noodles, squid ink noodles and saffron noodles. All our sauces are cooked daily and matched perfectly to bring out the natural flavours of our noodles. If purchased retail, they are recommended to be consumed within 2-3 days.
Pastaria Abate is about a strong dedication to pastas, fresh ingredients, classic flavours and big hearty appetites, with food cooked by people who love to share their passion for pasta and the spirit of good food and company.
